About Us

Established in 2019, Exceed Electrical Engineering Ltd. (“Exceed”) was founded by two experienced professional engineers who successfully completed various industrial, municipal, and commercial projects throughout Canada. Exceed was formed as a solution to be able to provide better service and a higher quality product which was being overlooked by many other consulting firms. Exceed offers a multi-disciplinary team that provides professional engineering service for electrical systems. Services offered include electrical distribution, coordination with hydro authorities, lighting design, control systems design and implementation, facility modernization, and industrial networking.

Exceed is perceptive and responsive

As a small team of highly trained professionals, there is no extensive process to go through to get assistance. Exceed personnel are equipped with mobile phones and mobile workstations which allows us to be ready to respond from anywhere. We believe in a flat corporate structure where clients can directly contact the support personnel of their choosing to ensure the best service available for the system. When necessary and when possible, Exceed personnel will perform their work remotely to provide an even quicker response.

Based in Kamloops, BC, Exceed has positioned itself to be able to respond to client calls and project work anywhere in the Province within a minimal time frame.

Exceed values client communication

Exceed was established to provide a higher level of service to all clients. Updating clients on a regular basis on project progress, recommended infrastructure updates, or simply following up and touching base is a key component of the service that clients can expect from Exceed.  All personnel are client focused and meld well with consultants and contractors.

Exceed quality management

Exceed holds the Organizational Quality Management certification through Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC).  This volunteer program provides benefits for the Organization, their clients, and their employees. For more information on this program, please visit the link below.

All deliverables go through an internal review process prior to any form of distribution. This review process allows Exceed personnel to catch errors that may have been missed by others, prior to distribution to the client or other intended recipients. Documentation is electronic and filed on a secure cloud server with a naming convention that is simple and efficient. Any documentation prepared by Exceed and requested by the client at any date can be easily found and provided quickly and easily.
