Migration of water and wastewater station communications from existing radios to cellular via Exceed Private Cloud SCADA

The previous SCADA system had become unreliable and was causing many outages. Radio systems were frequently causing communications errors due to existing mountainous terrain and other environmental factors.
Using a secure 4G cellular system environmental factors causing errors would be decreased along with the amount of operator call-outs that had been happening. Reliability, convenience, control and the amount remote access was increased by upgrading this system to Exceeds Secure Cloud “ESC” system.
